Your birth package

- Two prenatal visits to talk through your hopes, fears and birth preferences
- Help writing your birth preferences
- Phone, text and email support from the day you sign until two weeks after birth
- On call for you 24/7 from 37 weeks until baby arrives
- Continuous support through labour and birth
- Comfort measures: positions, massage, counter-pressure, breathing and warmth
- Help with the first feed and settling in after birth
- iPhone photos and videos of your birth, if you'd like them
- A postpartum visit at home within two weeks, to talk through your birth story, with a loaf of my homemade sourdough

Payment plans are welcome. The retainer is due when you sign, and the balance can be split into instalments as long as it's paid in full by 36 weeks.
I never want money to be the reason a family goes without support. If you'd love a doula but can't afford one right now, please reach out anyway and we'll talk about what's possible.

I'm a "crunchy" mom at heart and love natural comfort measures. But your birth belongs to you. Whether you choose an epidural, an induction or a caesarean, I'm right there with you just as fully.
I support first babies and second, third and beyond; births at home, in hospital and at birth centres; natural and unmedicated births, epidurals, inductions, VBACs and planned caesareans.
For husbands and partners
I'm not there to replace your husband or partner. I'm there to help him support you. I'll show him comfort measures, let him step out for a coffee without worrying, and make sure he's informed and included too. Partners are often the ones who thank me most.
Been here before?
Experienced moms benefit from a doula too, especially if a past birth was hard. We'll talk through what happened last time, what you'd like to be different, and how to get there.
Planning a VBAC?
I'll help you prepare, understand your options and advocate for your wishes, with steady support through labour.
Planned caesarean?
I can help you plan the gentlest birth possible, support you before and after surgery, and help with skin-to-skin and breastfeeding.
